We do try to send out details of our activities to youth leaders. If you would like to receive details of our future events, or the details for your ecclesia have changed, please fill in the your details on the contact form. This will ensure we are reaching the right people.

Even if you don't have a CYC currently, but have some children or young people, perhaps we could send details to parents, as our events don't only cater for large youth groups. We even have events for under 5s at our sports day.

We currently have 5 members on our committee, but do need some new blood. In particular we are looking for a treasurer, as our current treasurer has moved out of the area. It is not a particularly onerous task. We have about 4 committee meetings a year, as well as 5 activities. We would particularly like to hear from any brother or sister in their teens or early twenties who would be willing to help out. Whist a desire to help our young people in their search for Christ is the most important attribute, it could also be a useful addition to a student's CV.

Our activities are not just for the young people competing, but we welcome the whole ecclesia to come and support our young people as they compete in a wholesome atmosphere with God at the centre of all our activities. The activities are also a wonderful witness to parents and others from outside our community. Please could you ensure details of our activities are displayed prominently opn your ecclesial and youth group noticeboards and do your best to encourage as many as possible to attend.

We try to ensure our events as far as possible are self-financing, however we do not want to price young people out of attending our events. As I'm sure you appreciate, places like swimming pools are not cheap to hire, and our overheads, particularly insurance, continue to rise. We are grateful therefore for your continued support and would ask that all eccclesias consider whether they could support us through just one collection a year.
